Charter of non plagiarism
In accordance with the decree 933 of July 28, 2016 setting the rules relating to the prevention and the struggle against plagiarism, it is understood by plagiarism, any work or act of falsification of results or fraud claimed in the scientific works.
As such, is considered plagiarism act:
- total or partial rewording or reformulation of ideas or information, text, paragraph, excerpt from a published article, or extract from a work, magazine, studies, report or on internal sites without mentioning their sources and authors,
- the citations of extracts from a document without mentioning their sources and authors,
- use of particular data without specifying the source and its authors,
- the use of an argument or reference without mentioning its source and authors,
- the use and insertion of images, figures, graphs, tables, diagrams in the article without reference to its origin, source and authors,
- the complete or partial translation from a language into the language used without reference to the translator and its source,
- self inscription in a research work or in a scientific work without participating in its elaboration,
- the inscription by the author of another renowned scientist without having participated in the realization of the work, with or without his authorization to help the publication of the work.
Plagiarism is intellectual theft; it is a crime punishable by penalties.
The author and his co-authors should be aware of the content of this charter. They are invited to fill out the charter form and send it when submitting the article.
